Setting Up Your Market Criteria

To create a Market, first set the market criteria using the Property Search filter.

1. Directly enter your property criteria into the LandVision™ default filter form accessed through the filter bar directly above the map, or into the filter form that’s opened by clicking the Search Icon icon on the Main Toolbar.

2. Define the market boundary by employing a single Inclusion Geometry.

   NOTE: The easiest way to add an inclusion geometry is to use the Inclusion located on the left side of the filter bar. Inclusion geometries can also be added by identifying a boundary of any layer such as a city or a ZIP code and choosing the Add as Inclusion command from the features command list.

   The resulting map will display the properties that meet the criteria entered with a visible geographic constraint.
