The My Markets layer in LandVision™ is the perfect tool to draw custom market boundaries and schedule automatic monitors to alert you of market transactions and notices of default.

My Markets Overview

My Markets is a layer within LandVision™ Commercial Real Estate Edition that enables brokers to set up their target markets and create alerts that will notify them of any transaction or foreclosure activity. Single Markets are added to the My Markets layer through the standard Property Search filter; however the My Markets layer can contain multiple Markets allowing a broker to stay abreast to all their areas of interest. Market alerts are added through the Commands menu of the My Market information window that appears when identified.
