Downloading LandVision Connect from your Desktop or iPhone

Downloading LandVision Connect from Your Desktop:

  1. After clicking on the download button, a log-in screen will appear. Enter in your LandVision Commercial account name, user name and password. Click on Log-In.

    Tip: Your account name can be found in your login URL, right before the ".aspx". See example below with account name LV8Support shown in blue:

  2. If the credentials entered in are successful, a landing page will display. By entering your email address, you will be sent an email that provides a link to download the app directly onto your smartphone.

    Note: The email box will automatically populate the email address associated with the user on the account. However, you also have the option to re-enter in a new email address.

    Click Send. A confirmation page will display, confirming the email has been sent to the email address provided. Note that the confirmation’s message recommends to check the incoming email on your smartphone device.

  3. Upon receiving the email on your smartphone, click the Download button provided in the email.

  4. Tap Download when the LandVision Connect download page appears.

  5. Enter in your LandVision Commercial account information, user name and password. Tap Log-In.

  6. Upon successful log-in, you will receive a prompt to install LandVision Connect on your smartphone. Tap Install.

  7. The download will begin and you will see a status bar under the app icon to view its downloading progress. When the download is complete, the icon will display the LandVision Connect logo icon.

  8. Tap the LandVision Connect icon to begin. You will be prompted to enter in your LandVision Commercial credentials. After successful login, you may begin to use the app.

Downloading LandVision Connect from Your iPhone

  1. After clicking on the download button, the LandVision Connect download page will appear. Tap Download.

  2. A log-in screen will appear. Enter in your LandVision Commercial account information, user name and password. Tap Log-In.

  3. Upon successful log-in, you will receive a prompt to install LandVision Connect on your smartphone. Tap Install.

  4. Follow the desktop version instructions above starting at Step 10 to complete your download.

Adding Digital Map Products to Trusted Developers:

  1. Continuing from the instructions above, once you login a new window will prompt you to download the application:

  2. Tap on install and the installation shall begin.

  3. Once the application has finished downloading you may encounter the following error.

  4. In order to fix this, go to the Settings application on your phone and select the General tab

  5. Scroll towards the bottom of the page, and select the Device Management option.

  6. On the following screen you should see the following

  7. Tap on the tab, and it will take you to the following screen as shown. From the following screen, tap on Trust "Digital Map Products, Inc."

  8. Then, a new window will come up on your screen in which you should tap on Trust

  9. Now, once you open the Connect application it should lead you to the main page where you will enter your account name, username, and password to access your information.
